Vimathda Sportswear prides itself on providing the best service in the industry. We strive to deliver each order with the high standard you have come to expect from us.
Please follow these guidelines to ensure your returns are processed accurately:
It is the customer’s responsibility to check in all orders UPON RECEIPT to ensure accuracy.
All shortages, miss-shipments, or defective items must be reported within 12 business days of the invoice date.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Used, soiled, damaged, discontinued, printed and custom merchandise cannot be returned.
A 10% restock fee will be assessed against any returned items that are not the result of defective merchandise or Vimathda mis-shipment.
This restocking fee will be waived if replacement product is reordered in place of the returned merchandise.
Vimathda is not responsible for items printed prior to being checked for accuracy.
Customers are responsible for freight charges on all refused orders.
When calling for a Return Authorization (RA) number, please have the following information available so that we can better assist you:
Customer Name being used in the purchase.
Detail of items being returned: Including sizes, colors and quantities
Reason for Return
All returns must have a valid RA number clearly referenced on the outside of all boxes. Merchandise returned without an RA number is subject to no credit refund. RA numbers expire 15 days from the date they are issued.

Credit will be issued to your account after the merchandise and authorized return request has been received and checked by Vimathda sportswear.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for returns to be processed.
